What You Can Write to us About
Questions about the tool. Not sure how something works? Tell us what you were trying to do, and we will point you in the right direction.
Problems and bugs. If a file does not convert, a button does not work, or the page looks strange, let us know. It helps a lot if you tell us:
- What device you use (phone, tablet, or computer)
- Which browser you use (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or another)
- What you did before the problem appeared
- What error message you saw, if any
Ideas and feedback. Do you wish the site had a new feature or a new format? Did a guide on our blog help you, or confuse you? We like to hear it all, good or bad. Reach us through below Form.
