DMCA & Copyright
We take copyright seriously at https://podhajce.pl/. This page explains how our tool works, what we do and do not keep, and what to do if you think your work has been used without permission.
How our converter works
Our converter runs inside your web browser. When you pick a file, it is changed to MP3 or MP4 right on your own device. The file is not sent to our servers, and we never see it, store it, or copy it.
Because of this, we do not keep any songs, videos, or other media. We do not upload content, and we do not run a library that people can browse or download from. The tool only works with files that a visitor already has and chooses to open.
What we expect from our visitors
Please use the converter only with files that you own, that are free to use, or that you have permission to change. This might include your own recordings, your own videos, or work with a license that allows conversion.
Do not use our tool to break copyright law. Making copies of music, films, or other work without permission from the owner can be illegal in many countries. You are responsible for how you use the tool and for the files you choose.
If You believe your work is being Misused
If you are a copyright owner, or you act for one, and you think something on our website breaks your rights, you can send us a notice. This can be about any page, post, or other content that appears on our site.
Please email us at [email protected] and put “Copyright Notice” in the subject line. To help us act quickly, include the following:
- Your full name, your email address, and a phone number or mailing address.
- A short description of the work you own.
- The exact web address (URL) of the page on our site that you are worried about.
- A sentence saying that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not allowed by the owner, the owner’s agent, or the law.
- A sentence saying that the details in your notice are true, and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner. This must be said under penalty of perjury, which means you could face legal trouble if it is false.
- Your signature. A typed name is fine if you send it by email.
Notices that are missing these parts may be delayed, because we cannot always tell what the problem is or who is asking.
What We Will do
When we get a complete notice, we will read it carefully. If it is valid, we will remove or block the content in question as soon as we reasonably can, and we will let you know. We may also pass your message to the person who posted the content so they can reply.
Please be honest in your notice. Sending false claims on purpose is a serious matter and can lead to legal action.
If You Think We Made a Mistake
Sometimes content is removed by accident, or a claim turns out to be wrong. If that happened to you, you can send us a reply, which is called a counter notice. Write to the same email address and explain why you believe the removal was a mistake. Please include your name and contact details, and the web address of the content that was removed.
We will review your message fairly. If it is reasonable, the content may be put back after a short waiting period, unless the person who made the first claim shows us that they have started legal action.
Repeat Problems
If someone keeps breaking copyright rules, we may stop them from using our website. We want this to be a safe and fair place for creators and visitors alike.
Changes to This Page
We may update this policy from time to time. The newest version will always be on this page, so please check back now and then.
